Chef Travis and his assistant Sage, cooked up a masterpiece and delivered it with style!
Menu of fresh oysters, shrimp, and caviar with champagne for the appetizer, followed by a burata salad with French chablis, finally elk osso buco with garlic mashed and sautéed kale for dinner, served with a fine cabernet from Washington. The best part though, was the integration of our chefs into our festive evening! They are sweet, polite, talented, and fun to be with!
